Lake of Frequency Gong Master Training 2024 with Don Conreaux and Gongfree
Jo and team are an amazing couple, they have visions, they have the courage to materialise them, and on top of that they act from a heart space and are very caring. Meeting you guys was a great adventure and I hope to see you again. Highly recommend getting to know them and participating in any of their initiatives will bring you relief and a smile to your face. Magical, cleansing space. Felt very authentically held by these gurus of sound! They give and give experience after experience. I felt like a baby in the eyes of the divine, falling asleep to the gong, awaking to another realm of creation with in myself. Very greatful.

Words cannot begin to describe the incredible feelings I have at had during sound baths given by Gongfree.
I attended two sound baths earlier this year at the Shaolin Temple on Junction Road and they were fabulous. However, I recently spent my birthday at a sound bath on Hampstead Heath. It was a truly mind blowing experience and I left feeling totally relaxed and at peace.
Joanna and team are amazingly talented people and the sessions are great fun too.

Lake of Frequency Retreat 2024
I’m still profoundly moved by all I have experienced at the retreat organised by Joanna Gogfree. It was a sacred space resonating with teachings of wisdom, healings, friendships and joy. The well organised event ensured we were gifted specially printed booklets to help guide us with the use of the plentiful instruments at hand. The added flexibility of the hosts and the organisation in general also allowed for the adjustment of the program based upon individual needs as the days unfolded for both teachers and pupils giving the whole event a bespoke feeling.
I’ve come home inspired and with so much new knowledge that is effecting me positively on all levels. Many of the techniques taught me are now part of my daily practices. Setting the dancing and yoga techniques, cultural and indigenous tribes influence's aside, I wish to add something about the location; a beautiful nature reserve with a lake and woods thrumming to the healing music of nature and an endless sky of fluffy clouds and blue. AND the food!!! It was delicious and plentiful.
It’s not often that one has the opportunity to be taught by masters like Don Conreaux and his daughter Yaelle which was a privilege alone, but they also brought in Tibetan singing classes, conch shell playing, Native American flute playing, Shruti box, singing bowls, tingshas, drumming and sound cymatics to name a few all with professional teachers in their field.
I would sincerely like to thank you all so much for your support and nurture during this unforgettable retreat. It will always remain imprinted in my heart. I am for a better phrase ‘Gong with the wind.’

Such a welcome reset to come to this space and relax. The array of instruments and the set up is incredible, the hosts warm, generous and attentive. A real treat to experience and leaves me blissed for days on end.

The lake of Frequency, an experience I will never forget. From the moment I decided I was taking part in this amazing journey It’s been amazing. The bus journey there from Warsaw, it felt like we were going to another dimension. The “coincidences” the people who all gathered together for the Same purpose, definitely without a shadow of a doubt, divinely selected. This gong training felt like we were chosen, special, healers from all over the planet, coming together for the same reason, to help heal the earth & humanity and to be the illuminators. We were taught a wide range of instruments and techniques that I imagine would on other courses take months maybe even years to cover. We were extremely blessed to be on the receiving end of teachings from the ledgend Don Conreaux. Joanna had everything organised to the finest detail. A very professional and enjoyable experience which took place outside of time and space, because in one week we got at least a month of training. I came home fulfilled with the teachings and also completely shaken by the friendships and connections I made in just one week. I will always remember this week. Amazing and magical sound healing experiences. I have been to several of Joanna’s gong baths now, and I feel that they have changed my life, through cleansing, harmonising and elevating my vibration. Their sessions helped me overcome trauma and step into my best self. I feel that they have been a pivotal tool in helping me connect to my manifesting ability too. Life has been a lot better since I have been taking part in Alchemy Sound Healing sessions on a regular basis.
